食材份量 Ingredients

230g 鲮魚肉 230g minced fish (green carp)
一塊陳皮 1 dried tangerine peel
馬蹄碎30克 30g water chestnut
半茶匙鹽 1/2 tsp salt

調味料: Marinade:
生粉兩茶匙兩湯匙水 2 tsp potato starch + 2 TBS water
半茶匙胡椒粉 1/2 tsp ground pepper
半隻發勻雞蛋 1/2 egg
半茶匙糖 1/2 tsp sugar
一茶匙麻油 1 tsp sesame oil
